Rag doll

  1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart and knees soft.
  2. Fold forward from your hips and hold opposite elbows.
  3. Let your head and arms hang comfortably.

Wide leg bend

  1. Stand with your feet wide apart and toes facing forward.
  2. Hinge forward from your hips and place your hands on the floor or supports.
  3. Let your head relax while keeping your weight balanced.
