Step by step

How to do the routine.

How to do Forearm stretch

Step 1 · 60 seconds

Forearm stretch

  1. Sit tall and extend one arm forward, palm up.
  2. Use your other hand to gently draw the fingers down and back toward you.
  3. Release and change sides.
Helpful cue

Keep your shoulder relaxed and your elbow soft.

Make it gentler

For less intensity, reduce the pressure on your hand and keep the wrist movement small.

How to do One arm hug standing

Step 2 · 60 seconds

One arm hug standing

  1. Stand tall and bring one arm across your chest.
  2. Use your opposite forearm to gently draw it closer.
  3. Release and repeat on the other side.
Helpful cue

Keep the stretching shoulder down and the elbow below shoulder height.

Make it gentler

For less intensity, loosen the arm position and keep your shoulders relaxed.

How to do Overhead tricep standing

Step 3 · 60 seconds

Overhead tricep standing

  1. Stand tall and reach one arm overhead.
  2. Bend that elbow so your hand rests behind your upper back.
  3. Use your other hand to gently guide the raised elbow.
  4. Release and repeat on the other side.
Helpful cue

Keep your ribs down and avoid pulling your neck forward.

Make it gentler

For less intensity, reach your hand toward your shoulder rather than farther down your back.

How to do Wall pecs

Step 4 · 60 seconds

Wall pecs

  1. Stand beside a wall and place one forearm against it, elbow bent.
  2. Step gently forward and turn your chest away from that arm.
  3. Release and repeat on the other side.
Helpful cue

Keep your shoulder down and the stretch gentle.

Make it gentler

For less intensity, position your arm lower and take a smaller step or turn away.

How to do Leaning calf

Step 5 · 60 seconds

Leaning calf

  1. Face a wall with your hands resting on it.
  2. Step one foot back, keeping the leg straight and heel down.
  3. Bend your front knee and lean gently toward the wall.
  4. Return and change sides.
Helpful cue

Keep both feet pointing forward.

Make it gentler

For less intensity, step closer to the wall and soften the stretch.

How to do Lunge

Step 6 · 60 seconds

Lunge

  1. Kneel and step one foot forward, with your knee above your ankle.
  2. Lift your torso and reach your arms overhead.
  3. Gently shift your hips forward, then release and change sides.
Helpful cue

Use a cushion under your back knee and keep your chest lifted.

Make it gentler

For less intensity, keep your hands on your hips and make the forward shift smaller. Cushion the kneeling knee.
