Step by step

How to do the routine.

How to do Wide leg bend

Step 1 · 60 seconds

Wide leg bend

  1. Stand with your feet wide apart and toes facing forward.
  2. Hinge forward from your hips and place your hands on the floor or supports.
  3. Let your head relax while keeping your weight balanced.
Helpful cue

Keep your knees soft and avoid bouncing into the stretch.

Make it gentler

For less intensity, bend your knees and rest your hands on your thighs or sturdy blocks.

How to do Side lunge

Step 2 · 60 seconds

Side lunge

  1. Stand with your feet wide apart.
  2. Shift your hips to one side, bending that knee and keeping the other leg long.
  3. Hold comfortably, then return and switch sides.
Helpful cue

Keep your bent knee aligned with your foot and use your hands for balance.

Make it gentler

For less intensity, use a smaller stance and keep your hands on sturdy blocks for support.

How to do Leaning calf

Step 3 · 60 seconds

Leaning calf

  1. Face a wall with your hands resting on it.
  2. Step one foot back, keeping the leg straight and heel down.
  3. Bend your front knee and lean gently toward the wall.
  4. Return and change sides.
Helpful cue

Keep both feet pointing forward.

Make it gentler

For less intensity, step closer to the wall and soften the stretch.

How to do Standing quad

Step 4 · 60 seconds

Standing quad

  1. Stand beside a wall or sturdy chair for balance.
  2. Bend one knee and hold that ankle behind you.
  3. Gently bring your heel toward your hips.
  4. Release slowly and change sides.
Helpful cue

Keep your knees close together and your torso upright.

Make it gentler

For less intensity, use a strap around your ankle so you do not have to reach as far.

How to do Toe touch

Step 5 · 60 seconds

Toe touch

  1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart.
  2. Bend forward from your hips, keeping a soft bend in your knees.
  3. Let your hands reach toward your feet and relax your neck.
Helpful cue

Reach only as far as comfortable; touching your toes is optional.

Make it gentler

For less intensity, bend your knees and rest your hands on your thighs or sturdy blocks.

How to do Lunge

Step 6 · 60 seconds

Lunge

  1. Kneel and step one foot forward, with your knee above your ankle.
  2. Lift your torso and reach your arms overhead.
  3. Gently shift your hips forward, then release and change sides.
Helpful cue

Use a cushion under your back knee and keep your chest lifted.

Make it gentler

For less intensity, keep your hands on your hips and make the forward shift smaller. Cushion the kneeling knee.

How to do Seated fold

Step 7 · 60 seconds

Seated fold

  1. Sit with your legs extended in front of you.
  2. Hinge forward from your hips and reach toward your shins or feet.
  3. Pause at a comfortable stretch and breathe.
Helpful cue

Keep your knees soft and lengthen your back instead of forcing the fold.

Make it gentler

For less intensity, sit on a folded blanket, bend your knees slightly, and make the lean smaller.

How to do Lying hamstring

Step 8 · 60 seconds

Lying hamstring

  1. Lie on your back with both legs extended.
  2. Lift one leg and hold behind your thigh or calf.
  3. Gently draw the leg toward you, then repeat on the other side.
Helpful cue

Keep a slight bend in the raised knee if needed.

Make it gentler

For less intensity, bend the raised knee slightly and support the back of your thigh.

How to do Lie down

Step 9 · 60 seconds

Lie down

  1. Lie on your back with arms beside you and legs comfortable.
  2. Let your palms face upward and relax your shoulders.
  3. Breathe naturally and soften your body from head to toe.
Helpful cue

Return your attention to your breathing whenever your mind wanders.

Make it gentler

For less intensity, bend your knees or place a cushion beneath them for support.
